Chairman and President Wu Lebin,With qualifications that include Bachelor of Medicine, Master of Anthropology, and EMBA, Professor Wu is Vice Director and Vice Secretary of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Biophysics. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Federation of Innovative Young Scientists, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Federation of Young Scientists, is a Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences China Modernization Research Center and a Member of the New York Academy of Science. A former winner of a Chinese Academy of Sciences Merit Award for progress in technology, he has been involved in drawing up a National Basic Research Strategy and will continue to participate in long-term plans for the national development of technology, including future directions in biological research. With expertise in technology management, he has published monographs and several dozen papers in this field.
